Pterodactyl Panel Management Fix -- 2

I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me troubleshoot and fix my Pterodactyl panel.
I host the panel on a dedicated server and since the last 4/5 months it often happens that the panels of server hosted are no longer "working" with a loading bar and a warning "We're having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait..."
I checked and the dedicated server the panel is hosted in is working fine, I need someone to fix the issue once and for all
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Pterodactyl panel management
- Experienced in server troubleshooting and error resolution
