Provide .htaccess rules to control LiteSpeed cache

This is the site relys upon routing, utilising redirection routes.
Similar to Joomla
It is php.

These rules are current and active on the site used by the CMS

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^/song
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteRule .* /song/admin/cms/start.php [L]
RewriteRule ^blog/([a-zA-Z0-9-/]+)$ /blog/post.php?s=$1 [L]

So everything in the backend is routed through
%{REQUEST_URI} /song/admin/cms/

The song backend has apps to control content with URI

(domain)/song/admin/cms/blog
(domain)/song/admin/cms/shop
(domain)/song/admin/cms/products

All of the backend needs to have a rewrite rule = [E=Cache-Control:no-cache]
All of the public urls need to have a rewrite rule = [E=Cache-Control:public]
Some Urls (cart | payement | submit ) = [E=Cache-Control:no-cache]

It's Litespeed.

In your response include the words at the bottom.
"lscache/noplugin/settings/"

Any submission which fails to include these words will be binned.
