Prototype Website & Software Builder

I am looking for someone to build a prototype website and software to bring to market to offer as a demo to then hand off to a development company to build the software. I currently have all of the workflows, examples and a few test programs with all of the information that just needs to be put together in a CLEAN, Concise, organized and FUNCTIONAL web program. This prototype would be preferred to be created in the Figma platform,

We are seeking a Figma UI/UX professional to create a clean, functional, and interactive prototype that reflects the full scope of the future software.

This prototype will be used for early-stage demos, team planning, investor presentations, and as a working roadmap to hand off to development teams.
