AI Prototype - Simple website with AI API connections

I need a freelancer or team to put together a working prototype for an idea I have.
The prototype is a website where a user can input a query. That query will then generate an image and text. I want the image and text to come from generative AI.
I want to work with a person or team who has experience with generative AI. This is a proof of concept, something that I need live relatively soon so I can start doing user and market testing.
The project will have several stages, the first stage will be understanding the requirements. I want to make sure that all your questions are answered before we start.
The second stage is research - I want you to bring me several approaches, different ways that we can achieve the goal.
The final stage will be building the prototype.
In your proposal please briefly list any experience you have with generative AI APIs, especially in a web context.
