AI Property Search Bot Development

We want to create an AI search bot to be placed on a webpage.
The result we want is quite simple: An AI bot on a website that users can interact with and ask any question.
It must be a real AI that can answer anything, even in other languages, etc.
We will provide a 3MB JSON file that the AI can use as a knowledge base.
As long as your AI bot can provide reasonably good (mostly high-quality) results, we will be happy. But please READ THIS:
++ We have had people try to do this with various systems. DON’T apply if you are just planning to add our file into your AI bot builder and think it will work out of the box. You need to be experienced enough to tweak things so that the AI can search our 3MB JSON file with some degree of accuracy. ++
What we want:
Confirmation that you are confident you can do it (because you have done similar things in the past)
Show us a proof of concept (just show us an AI that can search a file)
When you build it, you MUST provide a demo of it on a page so we can test it. We MUST be able to test it.
Don’t apply with a AI description of all your skills—you won’t get the gig. Give a personal response explaining how you can solve our problem.
