Property Management System Integration with WiFi Smart Locks

I am looking for a skilled developer to integrate a property management system with our WiFi / Blue tooth Smart Locks.

Key Requirements:
- Implement a seamless integration between our existing property management system and the WiFi / Bluetooth Smart Locks.
- Develop a web-based dashboard that allows for remote access management, real-time notifications, and access history logging.
- Ensure that data is accurately and securely exchanged between the property management system and the smart locks.
