Property Management Dashboard User Role Setup

I'm looking for a skilled professional to configure user access roles on our Property Management Dashboard. The dashboard is designed for managing tenants, tracking maintenance, and conducting financial reporting.
The professional must be Laravel developer able to create a User Access Role Configuration module to help us manage the dashboard. The attached PDF (User Login Access and Roles Configuration .pdf) defines the roles and access level employee can have. The User Access Role page should designed to allow the dashboard administrator(s) to grant additional access/capability to an individual or restrict access or functionality. When a User account is create the system by default grant access to the Users based on the job designation described on document titled “Login Access and Roles Groupings by Position.pdf”
Key Requirements:
- Set up access for different user roles: Admin, Property Manager, Maintenance Staff, and Secretary.
- Ensure the dashboard's functionalities (tenant management, maintenance tracking, financial reporting) are appropriately accessible based on user role.
Ideal Skills:
- Interested candidates must be willing to discuss work details via phone call and chat; and periodically when work commences to ensure we all stay align the expected outcome, requirements, and update.
- Interested candidates must be willing to work on the assigned project on side and later integrate the module when work is completed and properly tested.
- The Interested candidates must be an experience developer in Laravel version 11.
- Experience in configuring user roles on dashboards.
- Understanding of property management processes is a must.
- Attention to detail for role-specific access.
