Property Info Scraper & User-Claimable Website

I'm looking for a skilled web developer who can create a website that scrapes information from several county websites about properties. The site should be similar to Zillow, with individual pages for each property. This will be based on commercial properties and commercial land.
Key Features:
- The website should scrape and display ownership records, property tax details, and property boundaries and size from county websites. Recent sales, zoning, year built, rentable square feet, and lot size.
- Users should be able to claim their own properties, edit details, upload photos and documents, and request offers.
- The site should notify users of updates about their claimed properties.
- Estimated property valuations should be displayed on the respective property page.
