AI Prompt Generator Web App

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a web-based AI prompt generator app that focuses on text generation. The app should have a subscription plan and a very simple admin dashboard for managing users.

Key Features:
- Web-only application: This app will be exclusively web-based, so it needs to be fully responsive and user-friendly on all web browsers.
- Text generation: The core functionality of the app is to generate text prompts using AI. The prompts will not require advanced customizations, so the level of complexity is basic.
- Subscription plan: The app should include a secure and seamless subscription plan, allowing users to choose from different tiers based on their needs.
- Simple admin dashboard: A straightforward admin dashboard is required for user management. The dashboard should allow me to view user statistics, manage subscriptions and monitor app usage.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in web app development
- Experience with AI and prompt generation
- Knowledge in creating secure subscription systems
- Ability to design simple, intuitive dashboards
- Good understanding of user management systems

Please note, this app does not require advanced customization for the prompts, but a strong understanding of basic text generation will be crucial.
