Projecto based CRM

We are a health care company and we are looking for a skilled developer/team to build a project-based CRM system for our business 5 people we can use open source plataforms or mnimial cost webbase plataforms
The CRM should have the following features:
- Sales Pipeline Management: The CRM should allow me to track and manage my sales pipeline effectively.
- chat integration (istagram, facebook, whatsapp, SMS)
-Landing page
-Twilio integration
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
