MS Project schedule resource and cost

Hi, I need assistance to setup Microsoft project schedule for resource and cost correctly this week urgently. Schedule is already there , it just need resource and cost loading. It’s a renewable energy industry schedule. Most likely it’s will take few hours to setup (<10hrs). I can discuss time and cost.

I have few minor changes to my wayfair listings. Please let me know if you're available and interested. Basically, I need to update a field called "installation hardware" to NO for all my items.
