Project request for Mohamed K. - Server Load Script

Mohamed, can you tweak the script you wrote for me a while back. It's to temporarily block all IP addresses during a server high load on the 1 minute, except for the US and CA Countries? The USA and Canada are being blocked along with all other countries. Not sure what changed but I did migrate to a new server.

Also, I would like to have the script modified so it does not block IP addresses that are whitelisted in the CSF allow.

PS. I'm attaching the latest script, csf.conf file and a sample of the output results when the script is invoked by a high server load...

As you can see from the emailed_output_sample.txt file, it doesn't allow the US or CA countries to be whitelisted. It's temporarily blocking the US and CA IPs along with all other countries.
