Project-based HubSpoT Expert and Project Lead
Budget: $3 – $5 USD
Seeking an experienced HubSpot implementer and project lead -- someone who knows what it takes to get HubSpot up and running and has dealt with the complexities of data migration, ongoing synchronization & the impact of custom objects in reporting, workflows, and different pipelines.
HubSpot will be our source of truth for certain data, but we will also be pulling and regularly synchronizing with source data from other systems.
We have Sales, Mktg & Operations hubs
Experience implementing HubSpot technically and dealing with integrations & setting up ongoing reports and dashboards Understanding best practices for ticketing systems, sales pipelines, and workflows is key to navigating our particular business structure inside HubSpot.
Project deliverables include:
- HubSpot required onboarding tasks, setup, and the creation of custom properties, groups, records & pipeline customizations.
- Dashboards and reports across custom objects.
The ideal candidate has:
- Expert-level experience with HubSpot (All Hubs, including Operations Hub)
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet project deadlines
