PART 1
After the Agent Affirms the Member’s identity;
Check to see if the Agent is a Member.
If yes credit the Agent WebPicID account with the Agent Fee $10.00 and place it on hold pending payment.
Once payment is made, automatically release the funds.
Wait for the Email address verifications.
PART 2
If the Agent is not a Member;
Then
Show this Message as a popup.
The Agent must become a WebPicID Member.
Option 1 Sign up and pay $25.00 .
Option 2 Ask the new Member to add the Agent as a Family Member.
The New Member, Parent, must act as the Agent for WebPicID to verify the Agent’s identity.
Cost 20.00 to the new Member less the $10.00 for the Agent fee and $0.00 to the Agent.
PART 3
Family Protection Add
Add a New family Member.
Check to see if the new Member is the Agent verifying the Member’s identity.
IF yes Go to part 1.
IF no
Then
Open the Register page with the Family Members name and email address.
The New Family Member must register.
Take a picture
Complete the ID Document and Agent Affirmation page.
The Parent acts as the Agent for WebPicID .
If the Parent has not received $10.00 for action as an Agent the credit the Parent’s WebPicID account with $10.00. Place the payment on hold pending payment.
PART 5
Report a Payment.
Force the Member to add a receipt before allowing the payment to be processed.
If there is a Receipt then post then payment.
Place the payment on hold pending Verification.
PART 6
Payment viewer

Add the viewer to the Admin status menu.
