- Project dashboard showing reports on all projects
- New Project
- Create a gantt chart of a project like Microsoft Project.
- Taks, duration, dependencies, linked tasks, percentage complete, trade, assign to user (internal and external), critical path, slack etc
- Assign to users - This will allow businesses to assign tasks to internal team or external contractors. It will send out an email notification and SMS
- People who have been assigned click accept to confirm they will complete the works on the scheduled dates and it marks the items on the gannt chart as accepted
- Drag and drop for all tasks
- Send notifications when tasks dates change to all assigned users or contractors
- Send notifications to internal users when items are marked as 100% complete
- Filters - Filter by task, date, trade, team member or external contractor
- Change colours of tasks
- Show unassigned tasks as a box with no colour inside
- Print to PDF with template
- Share the gannt chart via a link with password protection via email
- Minimal view or detail view
