Project Pipeline Tool

Develop a web based tool that allows to follow the stages of a project. If there is an existing platform that needs to be customized, that will be ok as well.

STRUCTURE:
"Smallest" object in the tool is a piece of land
1 to n numbers of land from into one project

PHASES:
Phase 1: Pipeline
- Pipe A: Land Securization -> no project opened yet
- Pipe B: Studies of the land have been performed -> allocation of land to project
- Pipe C: First approvals received -> project established already in the previous step

Phase 2: Mature
- Further approvals received

Phase 3: Final
- All approvals received

Phase 4: Construction
- Construction starts

- Add lot (pieces of land)
- Comment to the projects
- Excel Export
- Data entry for following parameters possible:
-- Lot-level (add information to the piece of land)
--- Size
--- Address
--- Price (EUR)
-- Project-Level
--- Needed size
--- Price (EUR)
--- Building Size (sqm)
- Report
-- How many projects / sqm / EUR were deleted / shifted /added to a phase. We want to see the project volume flow.

-- Excel report needed
