Hello, I am looking for help with a project that includes both document and image/video file sharing, task management software, and a project management system. I need a hybrid approach that combines collaborative tools with a cloud-based system. This project needs to include the ability to securely store, share, collaborate, organize, and manage all types of files from different platforms and devices. It would also be great if it allowed for easy communication and collaboration between different users on the system and have chat feature to send messages to clients and receive messages back and get notifications both inside the system and by email when new messages are received. Additionally, the task and project management should be comprehensive and efficient, providing clear visibility into how the project is progressing, who is responsible for which tasks, and when the tasks are due.

I want the system to allow electronic signatures so we can have client sign contracts which we pre-load and can change at any time.

We want a superadmin, that can create sub accounts with all these features and host the new version on new sub domain name. So for example, if we will have multiple locations we don't want all of the locations using the same system, but we want superadmin to have access to assign temporary password and onboard these new locations and assign that locations admin so that they can control their version of the software.

We need to hook the website into zapier API as well so that we can connect it with various other systems if needed.
