Project Joomla website with RBAC and a Snapshot script and a formbuilder -Fabrick

I cab give you story boards from my Yii site and php code , The Snapshot script and the Boot-strap that we want to use.
We do not want to use an Yii shortcuts or external library calls.
We have a Files section in the old Yii site that has all of the external libraries onsite to be accessed.

All of these screens and processes need to be created in Joomla using RBAC and Fabric
