I have a mobile application developed entirely in FlutterFlow.
Most of the UI, screens, and navigation flows are already completed.

I am looking for an experienced FlutterFlow developer to focus on backend integration, data binding, and logic implementation, not UI redesign.
Current State of the App (Important)
Built entirely in FlutterFlow
Firebase Authentication is implemented but needs stabilisation
Firestore:
Some user data is written during signup
Reading back data is incomplete
Some document updates are pending
Most UI and flows already exist but are partially wired
Chat UI exists but backend logic is incomplete
Payment UI exists, but payment flow is not wired
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is not implemented
Voice calling is not implemented
Scope of Work
1. Data Binding & Firestore Integration
Connect existing UI components to Firebase Firestore
Move critical data from App State → Firestore
Ensure profile data:
Persists across sessions and devices
Displays correctly (fix default/empty data issues)
Fix cases where completed profiles show incorrect values
Handle partial and missing documents safely
Finalise and document Firestore schema
2. Firebase Authentication
Review and stabilise Firebase Authentication flow
Fix minor UI and logic issues
Ensure proper session handling
Ensure authenticated users are correctly linked to their Firestore documents
Prevent duplicate or broken user states
3. Chat / Messaging Functionality
Chat UI already exists
Implement full Firestore-based 1:1 chat:
Send & receive messages
Real-time updates
Message timestamps
Correct sender / receiver handling
Ensure scalable and secure chat data structure
Align Firestore security rules with chat logic
Enforce block logic if applicable
4. Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) – Full Setup
⚠️ FCM is completely missing and must be implemented from scratch
Set up FCM in FlutterFlow
Device token generation & storage in Firestore
Token refresh handling
Foreground, background, and killed-state notifications
Notification deep-linking to:
Chat screens
Incoming call screens (future-proof)
5. Payment Integration (Future-Ready, No Hardcoding)
Payment UI already exists
Integrate payment flow using:
Razorpay / PhonePe or equivalent
API keys will be provided later (KYC in progress)
Critical Payment Requirements
Payment logic must be implemented so keys can be added later without restructuring
Implement free-now / paid-later monetisation
Payment enable/disable must be controlled via:
Firestore and/or Firebase Remote Config
No hardcoded payment logic
App must NOT require an update to switch from free → paid
Expected Behaviour
Payments disabled:
Payment button hidden or disabled
Paid features accessible
Payments enabled:
Payment button activates automatically
Successful payments update Firestore entitlements
Behaviour changes via Firebase Console only
6. Backend Queries & Stability
Create and optimise FlutterFlow backend queries
Ensure data consistency across flows
Proper error handling
Prevent duplicate writes and broken states
Improve overall backend reliability
7. Voice Calling – Audio Only
1:1 in-app voice calling
Audio-only (no video)
WebRTC via FlutterFlow Custom Actions
Firestore-based signalling
Call accept / reject
Call timeout, cooldown, daily limits
