[Project Enhancement] API development for building an intelligent chatbot using Dialogflow and PHP (with the referenced project already)

# Description
Please help using our prototype PHP project for our enhancement project. The prototype project is written in PHP and is integrated with Google Dialogflow.
For the enhancement, we need sets of APIs.

## Business API
- registering new business
e.g.
business id: 8ae548bd-4870-4973-9efa-7c5f39de78b4
business name: ABC Company

- removing business (will also remove all data assoicated)

## Chatbot Client APIs

- For receiving and responding to user message


## Chatbot Admin APIs

Dialogflow Agent API Module
- Able to CRUD agent

Agent Intent API Module
- Able to manage training phrases
- Able to manage actions
- Able to manage parameters
- Able to manage responses
- Able to set up follow-up intents
- Able to enable fulfillment for an intent, means Dialogflow responds to that intent by calling a service that you define

Agent Entity API Module
- Able to manage entities

Chat Reporting API Module
- Able to get the chat history
- Able to list all the users


Database preferred: MYSQL

Important Note:
Please note that each business should have one set of the above settings, intents, and chats, so please have a business id on each data model.
