All payment made into the Deposit account for each bank need a report detailing moving the money from Deposit in savings and then into expense. Members are only Identified by their user-ID internally
Some of the funds are sent to AGENT fees, and operating costs, and to the JV Partners.
All of the detailed ID information from: Primary Picture ID, Secondary ID, Address ID Information
Need to be saved elsewhere Accessible only by UserID.
This file must be write only and read only by management.
My thinking is an stand alone encrypted database
All we need to ID a member is their Picture , and their age, address, and email address.
