Project Brief – The Garden
We run a Swedish telecom company called The Garden. We do not own any infrastructure.
Instead, we act as an independent operator that provides customers with broadband capacity
by sourcing it from various networks (e.g., Zitius, IP-Only, Open Universe), but this is hidden from the customer.
We own the customer relationship and support channel.
Now we want to build a modern AI-powered web portal, “The Garden”, where customers can build their own internet experience.
It should feel like walking into a digital garden, where they can start with a base product (like Fiber 1000/1000)
and then add features such as WiFi router, fixed IP, firewall, etc. Eventually, support for 10,000/10,000 fiber tiers must be included.
Core Features (MVP Scope)
• - AI Chat (text + voice): GPT-4o powered assistant, optional Whisper/ElevenLabs for voice input/output
• - Historical Email Ingestion: We upload email exports; AI understands tone and context
• - Automated Daily Emails: Referral emails sent to existing customers for leads
• - Address Lookup: User inputs address, system checks broadband availability (via PTS or other APIs)
• - Service Configurator: Users build their service via AI, selecting speed, router, IP, etc.
• - Anti-Spam Protected Email Engine: DKIM, SPF, DMARC via SendGrid/Mailgun
• - Admin Dashboard: Upload Excel lists, see leads, trigger follow-up mails, track responses

Delivery Requirements
- Start immediately (within 24 hours)
- Deliver MVP within 7–10 days
- Provide daily progress updates or demos
- Include GitHub repo, deployment link, and admin guide for data input and campaign usage
- Ownership of source code must be transferred to us
Budget Estimate
Target Budget: $500–800 USD for MVP delivery.
Developers from Asia or Eastern Europe are acceptable. Must have proven GPT/OpenAI API experience.
Expanded Scope: Branding, Design, and Total System
This project includes a complete end-to-end build of a new telecom brand, tentatively called “The Garden”.
The freelancer/team will be responsible for:
- Brand identity (including name confirmation if “The Garden” is purchased)
- Logo and full visual identity (fonts, colors, digital look & feel)
- Web design with unique, theme-based UI (like stepping into a garden)
- Matching email templates and signature design
- Domain registration and configuration for www.thegarden.com (or similar)
- Fully integrated email marketing engine (auto-sends up to 500 personalized messages/day)
- Excel-based lead import system with automatic AI-based message generation, filtering and reply handling
- Spam protection: SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup to avoid blacklisting or Gmail spam flagging
- AI-powered full support system: able to respond instantly to any customer contact (email, SMS, web, voice)
- Self-learning capability via historic customer data, public sources and real-time interaction patterns
