Programming an interface between Zoho Books and Elster

I am looking for someone who can program me an interface between Zoho Books and Elster, so that the sales tax data can be transferred from Zoho Books to Elster (https://www.elster.de/eportal/start) a German tax portal. There is a sandbox environment here (https://www.elster.de/elsterweb/infoseite/elstertransfer_hilfe_sandbox).
Since this is tax data, absolute accuracy and reliability is required here.
