Programming and administration of 12 Typo3 webpages - Typo3 V11.5

I am looking for a professional programmer and web administrator to help me with the programming and administration of 12 Typo3 webpages that run on Typo3 V11.5. I am specifically looking for someone with experience using the Typo3 script language. It is imperative that he or she is well versed with Typo3 V11.5. While content updates won't be required for the project, it would be beneficial if the programmer is familiar enough to address such issues in the future.
