Programmer needed for CSS / SAAS platform

I'm looking to build a Database driven platform where each user will have their very own private dashboard so that they can manage and streamline their activity within the platform. Each such user dashboard directly feeds in and out of the mother database . Of course the admin ( in this case I am assuming you) will have a MASTER-DASHBOARD to manage all the activity and every aspect of the platform and all the users from his / her dashboard. So therefore , based on these facts , I am considering that the database schema will indeed be an ORM DATABASE so that all the modules within the platform will be dynamic and fluid it grows as user engagement grows . The functional aspects ( i mean the features ) will be done with the use of a MODULAR CONTROL so that each of the function can be done individually with their own private FUNCTION-CALL without intervening with other features . This will also give the added ability to add new features in the future without the fear of messing anything up.

It would be a SAAS Platform and the API integration would be from two social websites. Similar to Sprout Social and Hootsuite.

-Simple and user friendly UI (easy, efficient, and enjoyable)
-Analytics page (-Posts that get the most likes, Most engagement, Messages that got answers the most)
-Manage multiple profiles(accounts)
-Reporting Tools
-option Where you can upload pictures and write captions all in one window and then schedule them
-Bulk scheduling - 30 or 60 at a time and then repeat can repeat in 30 or 60 days
