Programmer for Robo-call and Text Program for Reminder SMS - 3

We're seeking an experienced programmer to assist us in creating a robo-call and text program for sending out reminder messages. The goal of this project is to set up the program to send out pre-written messages to a list of recipients at specific times or intervals. The content for these messages will be provided by me, so I only require assistance with setting up the program. Check attachment for more details.
