What You’ll Do:
.Design and build engaging apps and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
.Translate business needs into scalable Power Platform solutions.
.Lead user workshops and provide technical guidance throughout the app lifecycle.
.Create clear, accessible technical documentation and training materials.
.Analyze and improve existing workflows for automation opportunities.
.Support change management and user adoption across departments.
What We’re Looking For:
.Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps & Power Automate.
.Proven experience building custom apps and automated workflows.
.Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify technical topics.
.Familiarity with governance, best practices, and change management.
.Certifications in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Automate, Power BI) are highly desirable.
.Experience in public sector or transportation-related projects is a plus.

This role requires on-site presence 3 days per week in Richmond, VA.
