Website Requirements for Enrollment & Station Management Portal
1. User Registration & Login
• Customers (responsible agents) must receive an initial email with credentials.
• Clicking the link in the email takes them to the site where they:
o Log in with initial credentials.
o Update password before proceeding.
o Gain access to the dashboard after authentication.
2. Qualification & Contract Access
• If the site is licensed as of 1/28/25, it automatically qualifies for one free unit.
• The system should display:
o Contract & order form for the free Equipment.
o Option to purchase additional Equipment via an e-commerce portal.
3. E-Commerce Portal
• Customers can:
o Select additional units for purchase.
o Complete the transaction online via secure payment processing.
• The system should generate:
o A confirmation email for completed transactions.
o An email notification to the admin team with attached forms and purchase details.
4. Notifications & Admin Alerts
• Email notifications sent when:
o Forms are completed.
o Additional units are purchased.
