Professional appointment management on Wordpress -- 3
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
To an existing wordpress site (https://federconsumatoritoscana.it) we need to add a plugin that allows the management of appointments as specified below:
1. The appointments are divided by:
- city (there are several cities)
- offices (in each city there can be one or more offices)
- SERVICE OPERATOR (in each location there may be one or more service employees)
- Services for which to make an appointment (there are more types of services)
- Schedule of appointments (divided by one or more specific times)
The user who enters the website must be able to make an appointment in the city of his preference, for the type of service at the times that must be visible on the screen.
Appointments will be confirmed automatically via email and / or SMS to the user
The user will have his own access to manage / cancel the scheduled appointment and view the previous ones
OPERATOR at the service; You can view your appointments and those of other operators, but you can only change your appointments.
Operator REPORT: Each operator will only be able to see his own statistics (number of appointments carried out, time spent per single appointment, in total, etc.)
ADMINISTRATOR of the site:
You can add, modify or delete cities - locations - operators - services - schedules and appointments
ADMINISTRATOR REPORT: you will be able to see all the statistics
- number of appointments carried out, divided by city of headquarters and operators, individually or by running queries (e.g. operators of the headquarters of a specific city / appointment)
The reports of the operators and administrators must have the possibility to be:
- displayed with graphs
- printed
- displayed on google maps with special APIs
- export of data in CSV and / or XLM format
Specific experience in programming, database, API is required.
