Professional Website Management and App Development LAMP Stack -- 2

In search of an experienced web development team proficient in LAMP stack.
Our company is a childcare placement agency, providing in-home childcare through an online booking platform. Our current user-restricted site utilizes features such as:
1. User authentication and registration
a.Members and sitters register their own accounts with separate dashboards based on member type
2. Integration with third-party APIs
a.We currently integrate with Mailgun for emails, Vonage for text alerts and Authorize.net for payment processing to name a few
3. Appointment scheduling functionality
a.Our current system is built in-house to manage scheduling for families based on our sitter availability and other restrictions
4. A system for client account management
a.Users manage their own accounts - sitters, members, admins
The current user site is dated and uses primarily procedural programming in the backend and a Bootstrap framework for the front. We have an immediate need to add a list of features and enhancements for our users to the current site. Along with this, we are in search of an entire site rebuild to bring our site to a modern, MVC-based platform and to integrate iOS & Android apps for the booking component of our current site.
The design aesthetic should be clean and professional. The perfect team for this project would have a deep understanding of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP), and experience working with clean, professional designs and complex web features. Previous experience in building sites and apps for the childcare industry would be preferred. If you have such experience, please be sure to include this information at the top of your bid.
