Professional Website Development

I'm looking for a web developer to build a website for me using the godaddy platform. I don't need a logo. The site should include the following pages: Home, Areas of Focus, Core Values, About Us, and Get in Touch. I will provide the content, and making it have a good flow is what I want.
I can provide reference sides if you want. This is a very simple website creation project. I want the site to be functional by next week, and I am looking for a flat rate for the website creation.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with responsive design
- Ability to integrate future branding into the website
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- The site should be functional on iOS, Android, Windows, etc.
