Product customizer: simple image upload & place plugin for Woocommerce

There is an app for Shopify which is not available for Woocommerce: Personalized Image Uploader (from SAAS GROVE). Including: a. preview image after put in cart, b. must work on mobiles, c. image download in admin (cropped to what the use has chosen). No use of remote resources. No use of uncommon libraries (ask before use!). Tell me what is five plus four to ensure you have read this.
