Product Data Cleaning en Organization - ExactOnline, WooCommerce, Excel

Our client is in the midst of setting up a new business. For this business we are currently in setting up their product database. And with this we need help as we are dependent on several systems.
- The client's main accounting system is 'Exact Online'. Which still needs to be set up.
- The client will have two WooCommerce webshops from which they will do sales.
Currently we have found out that we took some pre-mature steps. As we had already created one of the WooCommerce websites and uploaded + ordered the products there. Based on Excel lists we received from the suppliers. We did this presuming we could easily export that data and import it to the Accounting System.
Now it seems this is not as easy as we thought. As we are having issues creating the main product database. So we need the help of an expert to:
Main goal:
Create 1 Excel database with all relevant product data that can easily be imported to both the client account system as well as the WooCommerce websites. Finally, the bookkeeping system will be the main database. But as mentioned, we still need to fill this.
For this, the products in the current website need to be exported and put in a clear Excel sheet. Where the client can do any necessary adjustments to the data. After which the list can then be easily imported to both the WooCommerce store as well as the accounting system.
We are looking for someone that is an expert in both Excel and WooCommerce. In addition it would be a great addition if they have any knowledge of the 'Exact Online' accounting software. But this is not necessary. As we first need order in the data chaos, before we can continue.
