Product CSV File Fix - Setup Cron Job -- 2

i have a ecomm site with products imported from supplier via csv file from URL. I moved to a different hosting and it seems like the cron jobs have not been setup or done correctly. So i am looking for someone with storng experience to fix this and if you do this well then you can be hired for alot of other works.
