Problem on Social network software

we have a problem on our social network software.
If up to 75 users are logged into the system, everything runs smoothly.
As soon as more users log in, the system starts to become very slow.
Each page opens very slowly. It feels like a blockage. It feels like a blockage as soon as more than 75 users come online. Normally, the system should allow significantly more than these 75 users to come online.

In order to find the problem we ask you to describe how you want to solve the problem.
