Prestashop - convert HTML template to a prestashop theme -- 2

Hello Guys,
I need someone who is familiar with prestashop. I have one design template (HTML/CSS), which i need to integrate/convert in prestashop 1.5.
Template is similar in structure with original default prestashop theme (3 columns), we tried to make similar structure, but with different graphics, so anyone who knows prestashop, this would be simple task. I'm not so familiar with prestashop, so i need a help.
