Prestashop basket delay -- 2

Currently in my Prestashop, after loading many products into the basket(like 30-50 positions and 10 of each), the response time is sometimes 5 seconds after click or more, which is definitely too long and I need to check why these queries generate such a delay and how to eliminate it
