Prestashop Module with API -- 2

Hi,
I am looking for somebody who can develop a Prestashop module for me.

Basically, it should be a Modul handling licenses in Prestashop.
To do so there should be several things:
- Check expiration via cronjob
- configure different license types per product combination
- License dashboard in Backoffice
- "My Licenses"-Section in customer’s account
- API, which will be used by the Application to verify the license
- If you quote, please mention "ElementsLicense" in it

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience with Prestashop development.
