Prestashop 8.2 (Database procedure e Tailored Interface)
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I'm looking for one or two different skilled developers, experienced on database with a background MySQL and PHP developer, to create a new Prestashop 8.2 website.
Specific Functionality:
- E-commerce system for internal use, for restocking and ordering products in stores.
Data relating to products, categories, attributes and collections and images comes from a synchronization system that writes directly to MySQL tables.
Orders, on the other hand, are placed on a custom cart, written to a MySQL database and then read by the synchronization system
The project is divided in two part:
1) Define the current MySQL procedure on current PHP custom Prestashop 1.4 (migrated the data on Prestashop 8) and develop custom MySQL procedure (ie Triggers) on the new PS8 (for default and custom tables). For example the logic about shops, carts, orders are all custom and it is necessary to maintain the logic and current data "integrity" (specifically into custom tables)
2) Develop a new PS8 frontend, following a UX Design, mainteining the logic for categories and above cart's logic, plus more features.
The template could be a commercial PS8 template to modify.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with MySQL and PHP, better if with demonstrated Prestashop past experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills for collaborative planning.
We provide support on DEVS (since we are all developers of backend and frontend) but we are looking for advanced skills.
Delay in delivery established according to the agreed releases represents a problem for the continuation of the activity
Certifiable PS knowledge represents a major qualification for job assignment
