Prestashop CSS Guru Needed.

We are looking for a long-term partner to help us work on a Prestashop Store and improve its look and function.
FDI Creative specializes in creating custom Prestashop & Joomla websites for our clients. We have a specific project with a very tight deadline and are looking for a partner who knows Prestashop in and out, and has the skills to help us fix some template issues, install some functionality plugins, and troubleshoot when plugins conflict with each other.
Vendors must be able to communicate daily and provide work quickly. We are in the final stage of developing this project and need a Prestashop Expert to help us get to the finish line.
Project includes:
1. Helping us fix the look and feel of the site to match the artwork that we have developed.Will require custom templating and programming.
2. Template work must be mobile responsive and look great on a tablet or mobile device.
3. we need help adding functionality to the overall administrative and front end of the website. Vendor will need to be able to install plugins and troubleshoot any problems that may arise between plugin compatibility.
4. The vendor must have a strong ability to program. PHP and work with MYSQL database.
5. The vendor must be able to communicate with us clearly and quickly.
6. This is a rush project, so the vendor must have the availability to start working as soon as possible and help us under a tight timeframe.
7. The vendor must be able to work within deadlines and provide the work on time and with attention to detail. Testing and quality control are very important.
8. Vendor must have the skills necessary to modify plugins and add or change the functionality of the plugins.
