PrestaShop Troubleshooting & Upgrade. ENGLISH & GERMAN

Hello all, PLEASE READ FIRST: I need a PRESTASHOP EXPERT, who speaks English & German. PLEASE: write me ONLY if you speak both languages. There is an existing Presta shop, which has issues. Payment based on the time investment. I will need a long term support too. The main problem started, because my webspace was only 10 % full, BUT the amount of files in the webspace was reached, this caused multiple errors. Prestashop the problem comes from there. Today I deleted other folders from the webspace but the isse is still there. A new version updated is also needed. This onlineshop is now in german and english. Under the same domain name we are preparing a normal website, and later on the webshop has to become a subdomain and a shop button of the new website. The webspace is with ionos.de, the support there speaks only German. I already had problems with other partners, who spoke only English and could not find things on the German website. That is the reason why I need a team, or a person, who speaks both languages.
