PrestaShop Bangla Language Fix & API Integration

PrestaShop 8.2 Bangla Fix + Custom Middleware (Stock & Courier API Integration)


Hello,

I run an online robotics & electronics components shop BigyanProject.com built on PrestaShop 8.2.
My business operates in Bangladesh and the website uses dual language (English + Bangla).

I am facing several functional limitations in PrestaShop and I need an experienced PrestaShop PHP developer / middleware developer who can fix existing problems and also build a custom integration system with an external stock management software.

This is NOT a simple theme or design work.
This is a backend development + API integration + module development project.

PART 1 — Bangla Language Issues (Very Important)

Currently Bangla language support is not working correctly in PrestaShop.

Problems:

1. Bangla product search does not return accurate results
(Searching Bangla product name does not match database properly)

2. Bangla PDF Invoice not generated correctly
- Bangla fonts break
- Characters overlap or show boxes
- Invoice unusable for customers

3. Some Bangla text encoding problems appear in product data and invoice

Expected Work:
- Fix Bangla search indexing
- Proper UTF-8 handling
- Fix MySQL collation if needed

PART 2 — Stock Management Software Integration (Major Work)

I want to connect my PrestaShop store with this stock management system:

Important:
They ONLY support WooCommerce plugin.
They DO NOT provide PrestaShop integration.

So I need a custom PrestaShop module + middleware sync system.

What must be synced:

Two-way synchronization:

From PrestaShop → POS
- Orders
- Customers
- Phone number
- Address
- Order status

From POS → PrestaShop
- Products
- Categories
- Stock quantity
- Price updates

This should work automatically (cron job / webhook / API).

PART 3 — Courier API & Order Checking System

In Bangladesh, courier companies allow checking customer previous order behavior using phone number.

Feature needed:
Enter customer phone number → system shows:
- previous delivery history
- return/cancel behavior
- risk customer or safe customer

(Using courier API — Pathao / Steadfast / Paperfly etc.)

This must be visible inside admin panel during order.

PART 4 — Custom Business Workflow Tools

I also need the following features:

1. Search order by phone number (very important)
2. Return customer detection


PrestaShop inventory must update automatically from POS.

Technical Requirements:

Developer must have experience with:
- PrestaShop Module Development
- PHP (OOP)
- MySQL
- REST API integration
- Cron jobs / Webhooks
- PDF generation (mPDF/TCPDF)
- UTF-8 & Unicode encoding
- Courier API integration

Preferred (Bonus):
- Experience working with Bangla language systems
- Experience with ERP / POS integration
