Predictive dialer or CallBlaster for FreePBX/Asterisk

Looking for skilled Dev in Asterisk and FreePBX to install Predictive dialer or CallBlaster for FreePBX/Asterisk

Can be custom module, but i found something similar at GITHUB

Hardware:
Raspberry Pi 4 Model B (8gb ram)
USB dongle x 1

TO DO:
1) Install 2nd USB dongle in Raspberry
2) Install and setup CallBlaster (point to IVR)

after the call is answered, you hear the message "Hello, Please press 1 to hear advert or press 2 to drop call"
press 1 --> point to IVR_GOOD
press 2 --> point to IVR_BAD

MAIN TARGET:
Make Calls to list of contacts uploaded by file and recive feedback on which number make what choice.
It should be readable in CDR (?) or as in CallBlaster section Dialing Screen.

All message and IVRs are automatic, after CallBlaster finish, i need a list (IVR_GOOD/IVR_BAD) where to call as normal human.

PROBLEM:
CallBlaster have php 5.1 and i use PHP 7

TIP:
Best solution is Add On for FreePBX called "Xact Dialer" (link: https://www.freepbx.org/add-on/xactdialer/)
BUT this software is to expensive.


Price is important to me.
