Pre-built JobBoard like Indeed with flexibility to customize

I am looking for a fully functioning job board like Indeed. It should work on desktop as well as cross platform mobile apps Ios and android. I need some additional customizations done such as plug into import jobs from Indeed or any other jobs portals, create alerts / confirmations for the job is still available, also the candidate is available, credit card payment for job postings by employers. job seekers and employers. The landing page should be similar to Uber.com i.e. search by job opportunities shown on the map and another view search by candidates shown on the map. Also, alerts everyday pops up on the mobile device and desktop to confirm the status of jobs (to the recruiters) and availability (by the candidates). The plug ins should connect to the jobboards to import job postings (e.g. indeed, monster, dice, linkedIn , what ever is allowed). Also integration for credit card payments. Store resumes. This is an opportunity for people that has the application already and able to customize (not build from scratch). I need a quick turnaround.
