Powershell script

I'm looking for a freelancer to develop a Powershell script to export mobile devices from Intune. The script does not need to have a specific format or structure for the output data; I am open to anything. This script only needs to be run once.
I need this script to be reliable, efficient and created according to best practices. If you think you have the skills to create such a script, I'd love to hear from you.
