I'm looking for an innovative solution using AI to create an inbound and outbound calling SAAS focused on customer support and sales. The AI agent will primarily function as an appointment-setter for service appointments.

Key Requirements:
- Utilization of Elevenlabs for voice modulation and OpenAI for the AI capabilities.
- Implementation of Twilio for the calls and numbers.
