- Overview: We are looking for a developer or development team to create the MVP for our News Podcast Platform, an innovative service that transforms news into personalized podcasts using AI. The goal is to develop a functional solution covering backend, frontend, and key API integrations for launch.
- Scope of Work:
1. Backend: Setup in Supabase
Security Policies: Implementation of Row Level Security (RLS) and specific roles (authenticated, service, admin).
Integrations:
- Mediastack API: To fetch relevant news based on filters and keywords.
- OpenAI GPT: To generate concise summaries of the retrieved news.
- ElevenLabs: To convert summaries into audio.
2. Frontend:
- Preferred Tool: Webflow or similar.
- Key Features:
Intuitive user interface with a search bar and filters (sources, categories, keywords).
Selection of podcast duration (5, 10, 15, 20 minutes).
Basic playback controls (Play, Pause, Next) and remaining time indicator.
Links to original news sources.
User feedback section (quick survey after listening to the podcast).
User account management with login options (Google, Facebook, email).
3. API Integrations:
