I'm seeking a skilled developer to create a website and AI internet scraper that collects data from social media platforms, news websites, photo journals, and art exhibits. The purpose of this scraper is to produce a compiled NFT of the top11 images on the internet during every 111 minute period, these images are then compiled into a digital magazine style collage.
