The project is a platform that offers an intelligent chatbot service functioning as technical support and customer service. Any company can subscribe to our service and add the bot to their website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, etc., where a pop-up box appears in the bottom right corner containing the bot. The control panel allows for editing bot data, adjusting settings, and viewing statistics. If a customer requests to be transferred to a real employee, the bot will transfer them, and the company's support staff will respond from the same control panel instead of the bot.
