I want to create a program similar to the idea of Uber, with some differences, as the program does the following:
1- The driver determines whether he will work in a specific area or not * if he does not want to leave the city or the area in which he is located *
2- The passenger sets the maximum price for the trip before communicating with the driver
3- The driver should set a specific price per kilometer
4- There should be an option for a private driver if the passenger wants to hire a driver by the hour
5- The driver should set an average hourly rate
And there are many other advantages
Note: There is no design for the program currently

I want to learn API programming using Laravel
I need a landing page to put download links
